I thought it might be interesting to record the drawing process while I made last post’s picture. It took 17 minutes from start to finish, but I’ve sped it up to nice bite-sized three minutes.

Actually, this was Rosemary’s suggestion last night when I asked her what I should post this morning. It was kind of fun just churning something out really quickly without thinking too hard about it… I may have to do that more, and start taking suggestions or something.
The Plight of the Rainbow Bird

Once deforested almost to extinction, the rainbow bird has recently seen an improvement in living conditions as they have begun renting themselves out to malls as reindeer stand-ins. This is, of course, thanks to their iconic feather crest and the ability to grow extra legs when needed.
Renfield Takes a Stand
Thursday, October 12th, 2006Apparently this particular feline has not been exposed to what this pigeon can do with a good quality nunchaku, or it would already have vacated the premises. As it stands, the cat is most likely going to find out very quickly that Renfield is no less skilled in the ways of the fencing foil.
Not Just for Trees

However, it also works as a general rule of thumb for other subjects. Cats, for instance.
